Star Server - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by Star Server, including but not limited to software development, IT solutions, digital marketing, web services, and technical support. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

Star Server provides services including Software and Application Development, Website Design and Development, Backend and Frontend Development, Digital Marketing and SEO, Technical Support and IT Consulting, and Custom ERP and CRM Solutions.

All services are subject to the scope and specifications defined in a separate service agreement or quotation shared with the client.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require an advance payment of 30% to 50% based on the agreed quotation. Remaining payments must be cleared upon completion or at defined milestones. Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service-specific agreement.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are mutually agreed upon in writing. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness, scope changes, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Star Server.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required content, credentials, data, and approvals in a timely manner. Deliverables must be reviewed and feedback provided within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed remains the property of Star Server until full payment is received. Upon full payment, IP rights will be transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.

Star Server reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and business-sensitive information exchanged during engagement.

8. Warranty and Support

Star Server provides 30 days of free bug-fixing support post-delivery unless stated otherwise. Support beyond this period is chargeable.

We do not guarantee uptime or performance of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Star Server shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. All unpaid dues must be settled upon termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

12. Modifications

Star Server reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Major changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
