Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent process for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only if the services delivered do not meet the agreed scope or are found to have significant defects. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of service delivery.
Services completed as per the agreed specifications and accepted by the client are not eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel a project before work has started or within the initial review period. Advance payments made will be partially refundable depending on the stage of work:
- Cancellation before project start: 80% refund of advance payment.
- Cancellation after project initiation but before 50% completion: 50% refund of advance payment.
- Cancellation after 50% completion: No refund of advance payment.
3. Cancellation by Star Server
Star Server reserves the right to cancel projects due to unforeseen circumstances or if the client violates terms of service. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of payments made for undelivered services.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Any bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Clients must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services, including custom software delivered as per specifications, consultation sessions, and completed digital marketing campaigns, are non-refundable unless a valid defect is reported.
6. Modifications & Rescheduling
Project timelines can be adjusted upon mutual agreement without affecting the refund policy. Rescheduling of services due to client unavailability does not entitle the client to a refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations should be communicated via email or phone. Star Server will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 7 business days.
